Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care; monitor patients before, during, and after treatment; set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data; educate patients on treatment and kidney health; collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members. Requires a High School diploma or GED, comfort around blood and needles, physical stamina for long shifts, and willingness to float between local clinics. Preferred certifications include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy. Paid training with ongoing education and career paths, full benefits, and career development programs are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
