Job Summary
Lead full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and secondary platforms for a portfolio of complex accounts. Act as the senior client sponsor and primary point of contact, attending status calls to own the paid social agenda and deliver strategic POVs on performance, creative, and attribution. Manage the paid social team, providing mentorship to Managers, Specialists, and Associates while overseeing campaign execution and QA. Evaluate new ad formats and platform betas to drive innovation, then present MBR and QBR insights to senior leadership. Salary: $75,000 - $90,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, and a 401(k) with matching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in paid social or digital advertising
- Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading account teams
- Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok required
- Secondary platform experience required
- Experience with full-funnel paid social strategy including brand awareness and direct response
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and secondary platforms
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of developing talent
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to present with authority and clarity
- Strategic and analytical — able to connect paid social performance to broader business outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts with competing deadlines simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with poise and confidence with leadership and clients
- Ability to ensure confidentiality with business matters and employee privacy
