Job Summary
Senior Paid Social Specialist responsible for owning paid social performance across NordSecurity’s B2B unit, with a primary focus on LinkedIn for multiple products. Translate business goals into acquisition strategies to drive leads, pipeline and revenue; manage, optimize, and scale campaigns; develop a continuous experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding, and funnel experiences. Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, BI, Product, and Sales to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution; analyze performance data to uncover growth opportunities and forecast outcomes; stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI-powered tools to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making; experience across global campaigns and hybrid/remote work environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing with strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing monthly budgets of at least 5 figures
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven paid social strategies and budget management
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, performance analysis, and optimization across the full marketing funnel
- Commercially oriented with focus on ROI and growth opportunities
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
