Job Summary
NordSecurity’s B2B unit seeks a Senior Paid Social Specialist to own paid social performance (primarily LinkedIn) across multiple international markets for NordLayer, NordLayer Browser, NordPass, and NordStellar. You will translate business goals into acquisition strategies that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue; manage, optimize, and scale campaigns within sizable monthly budgets; develop and execute a continuous experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding, and funnel experiences; collaborate with Creative, Analytics, BI, Product, and Sales teams to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution; monitor performance and identify opportunities, risks, and growth levers to improve business outcomes; analyze performance data to forecast outcomes and influence strategic decisions; explore new acquisition channels and AI-powered optimization tools; and contribute to broader Growth Team objectives. Core requirements include 3+ years in performance/growth/Acquisition marketing with LinkedIn Ads expertise, ability to manage five-figure monthly budgets, data-driven strategy and optimization across the funnel, and strong ownership and collaboration skills. Bonus points for global campaigns, B2B marketing experience, and AI-assisted workflows. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing, with strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing monthly budgets of at least 5 figures
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven paid social strategies and budget management
- Strong analytical mindset with experimentation, performance analysis, and optimization across the full marketing funnel
- Commercially oriented with focus on business outcomes, ROI, and growth opportunities
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
