Job Summary
Paid Social Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social programs for world-class B2B SaaS clients. You’ll develop social campaign strategies based on client goals, manage ad budgets, and test creatives and audiences across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Reddit to improve performance. You’ll analyze results with analytics tools, create client-facing ROI insights, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable impact. The role supports a hybrid work model with an office in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and welcomes candidates across Canada. The position offers a CAD salary range of 65k–75k CAD annually, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in paid social advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta/Facebook & Instagram, Reddit Ads)
- Experience in campaign strategy, planning, and budget management
- Experience in creative testing and optimization across multiple platforms
- Experience in performance analysis and reporting using GA, Looker, and other analytics tools
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is an asset
- Experience in AI-enabled performance analysis/tools (e.g., Claude) is an asset
