Job Summary
The Paid Social Media Manager will drive audience growth and business objectives through strategic management of paid media campaigns across digital platforms and social media. Responsibilities include execution, optimization, and comprehensive analysis of campaigns, ensuring media investments contribute to digital audience growth and business outcomes. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, be organized, and result-oriented, with the ability to self-manage projects. Required experience includes 5 to 7 years in Paid Media or Digital Marketing, proven skills in managing and optimizing campaigns, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, and expertise in digital ad platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing, optimizing, and analyzing multichannel data-driven campaigns.
- Experience managing performance-oriented paid media campaigns, including budget management and optimization of key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and results analysis to enhance performance.
- Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams such as marketing, creative, analytics, and content.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in media streaming, e-commerce, or OTT platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Smartly or other campaign automation and creative management platforms is a plus.

- Must be available for in-person work in Santa Fe, Mexico City.
