Job Summary
Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of growth-focused clients, primarily managing Meta Ads campaigns with exposure to TikTok and emerging channels. Build and optimize structured testing frameworks, diagnose performance issues, and develop data-backed acquisition strategies. Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and testing plans, while shaping the agency’s approach to AI, creative velocity, and modern acquisition. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, influence the agency’s direction, and work in a remote-first environment with quarterly team offsites.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on paid social experience within an agency
- Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and performance acquisition strategy
- Commercially minded with understanding of spend, profitability and business outcomes
- Systems thinker who improves processes and builds smarter ways of working
- Confident client communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical capability with ability to connect platform metrics to business impact
- Experience briefing creative or working closely with creative teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
