Job Summary
Paid Social & Creator Senior Manager at Weedmaps owns paid social and creator-led acquisition end-to-end across Meta and emerging platforms, driving strategy, execution, and optimization with a focus on first-time shoppers and creative-led testing. The role partners with Creative and Lifecycle teams to translate performance signals into creative briefs, maintains channel hygiene and cannabis regulatory compliance, collaborates with Finance on budgeting and planning, and evaluates new platforms and creator partnerships. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end paid social strategy, influencer/creator acquisition, testing roadmap, measurement and reporting, and presenting insights to leadership. Requirements include 5-8 years of paid social experience, strong analytical skills (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS), experience with creator campaigns, and a BA/BS preferred; familiarity with GA4 and MMPs is a plus. The position offers base pay of $123,200-$140,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with deep expertise in paid social (Meta required)
- Demonstrated track record of scaling user acquisition through creative-led paid social
- Hands-on experience running paid influencer or creator campaigns and managing creator relationships
- Strong analytical foundation: CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and downstream quality/retention signals
- Proven experimentation mindset with structured creative tests
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with creative teams and creators
- BA/BS preferred
- Familiarity with attribution/measurement tooling, MMPs (e.g., Branch), and GA4
- Experience in regulated or restricted-advertising categories is a plus
