Job Summary
Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns for a portfolio of clients across Google, YouTube, Bing, and retail channels; manage budgets, run A/B experiments, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate results to clients. Responsibilities include developing search plans for 5-8 clients, coordinating with Associate Directors, producing monthly forecasts and reports, and collaborating cross-channel with creative and media teams. Requires 2-5 years of paid search/SEM experience and a bachelor’s degree (preferred). Remote-friendly within the USA with a market-rate salary of $70,000-$80,000/year and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of paid search or SEM experience
- bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or related field preferred
- strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple clients and budgets
- familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube, Bing Ads, Amazon, and other search platforms
