Job Summary
Paid Search Specialist – SEM & PPC role focused on owning end-to-end paid search campaigns for fintech/cryptocurrency clients across multiple markets. Responsibilities include designing and implementing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and related platforms (Search, Display, Performance Max); conducting keyword research and refining strategy; managing budgets to maximize ROAS; analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into optimization actions; collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to develop ad copy and landing page requirements; conducting market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends; maintaining compliance with industry regulations; and staying current with PPC best practices. Requires 2+ years of hands-on paid search experience, proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics, cross-engine campaign experience, strong data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication. Remote in LATAM or Europe.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Search Specialist, SEM Specialist, PPC Specialist, or equivalent digital marketing role
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads including Search, Display, and Performance Max
- Experience with Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting
- Experience managing and optimizing PPC budgets with ROI improvements
- Strong understanding of keyword research methodologies, match types, negative keywords, and bid management
- Experience running campaigns across multiple search engines (Google and Bing)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a remote environment
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting
