Job Summary
Paid Search Specialist responsible for owning and scaling paid search performance across a large, multi-client portfolio. Duties include strategy development, daily account management, conversion tracking setup (calls, forms, offline conversions), lead quality control through match types and negative keywords, creative ad copy and landing page alignment, reporting via Looker Studio, client-facing communication, and leveraging automation/AI tools to speed workflows. Requires 3–5 years in a client-facing SEM/Google Ads role, expertise in Google Ads lead generation, experience building Looker Studio reports, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in an agency or portfolio setting. The role is remote-friendly within a remote-first company that supports work-from-anywhere arrangements and a flexible salary range in Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a client-facing SEM / Google Ads role
- Deep expertise in Google Ads lead generation (phone calls & form fills)
- Experience building Looker Studio reports for clients
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency or portfolio environment
- Strong understanding of account structure, intent mapping, and performance diagnostics
- Conversion tracking and lead quality control mechanisms
- Budget pacing and optimization
- Proficiency managing Meta Ads
- Comfortable operating with structured workflows, SOPs, and dashboards
- Proactive mindset - identifying and addressing issues before they impact clients
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort with managing multiple projects
- AI and automation savvy; experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools is preferred
