Job Summary
Paid Search Senior Associate on the Paid Media team focused on SEM for Home Lending & Auto. Owns development and execution of paid search strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborates with marketing teams and data/analytics to integrate strategy, manages campaigns from concept through reporting, tracks SEM performance via dashboards, leads testing plans to drive innovation, presents performance insights to internal stakeholders, ensures compliance with risk management policies, and mentors team members. Requires 4+ years of search experience, proficiency with Google Ads/Microsoft Ads and tools (SA360, Adobe), Google Ads certification, strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, and the ability to work in-office in New York, NY five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of search experience
- Proven success in executing high-quality search campaigns with recognized brands
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and third-party tools (e.g., SA 360, Adobe, Marin)
- Google Ads certification is required
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
- Exceptional time management, project management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative and collaborative mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with individuals at all business levels
