Job Summary
Own day-to-day management and optimization of Curology's paid search campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, and Microsoft/Bing Ads—with full accountability for pacing, budget allocation, and performance to ensure efficient growth and profitability. Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns with a clear focus on lowering CAC and improving CVR; identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets. Analyze campaign and funnel performance to uncover insights and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders. Partner with analytics, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate conversion tracking, tagging, attribution, and event measurement across platforms. Stay informed on evolving AI-driven search trends and changes within the advertising ecosystem and apply that knowledge to forward-looking channel strategy. Demonstrate a data-driven storytelling approach in performance reporting and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Search Ads campaigns at scale
- Deep expertise across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
- High data proficiency with ability to move from raw performance data to actionable insight
- Proven ability to scale customer acquisition efficiently while improving CAC and CVR
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, attribution, and performance analytics
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and demonstrated use to improve workflow, reporting, or analysis
- Experience with Amplitude, Contentsquare, Tableau, and/or Asana
- Ability to independently own and operate a performance marketing channel with minimal oversight
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
