Job Summary
Lead Paid Media (search-focused) advertising strategy and execution for six to eight clients, monitoring performance and executing daily optimizations. Manage client communication via email, phone, and video while coordinating with internal teams across Omnichannel, Paid Social, Creative, Reporting, Analytics, SEO, Earned Social, and Web Development. This role requires hands-on management of $100k+ monthly budgets with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce accounts, utilizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics. The position offers a fully remote setup with optional San Diego office access, a base salary plus merit increases, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid media work experience with an emphasis on paid search
- Hands-on experience in managing $100k+ monthly client budgets
- Proven success with lead gen and eCommerce accounts
- Excel / Google Sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Data Studio or similar reporting experience with data visualisation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
