Job Summary
Paid Media Video Editor responsible for direct-response creative production of high-performing video ads, motion graphics, and static assets for Meta and TikTok feeds. Design and execute assets with refined aesthetics to align with premium brand positioning, maintain visual consistency, and ensure high production polish across frames. Develop native-feeling concepts, aggressive hooks, and psychology-driven visuals tailored to target UK/European consumer brands. Stay ahead of TikTok trends and Meta algorithm preferences while leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and asset variation. Analyze post-campaign data to provide actionable insights, contribute to complex creative testing frameworks, and iterate rapidly on hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs. Work independently in a fully remote, part-time (20 hours/week) contractor role with international brand exposure across beauty, wellness, health, fashion, jewellery, and consumer products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, creative strategy, or paid social creative production
- Hands-on experience creating high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands (specifically beauty, wellness, health, fashion, or jewellery)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and strong motion design/editing skills
- Experience working with UK/European-based brands or audiences
- Understanding of performance marketing, direct-response principles, and ability to analyze creative metrics and retention curves
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver high-quality assets from raw briefs and data
