Paid Media Strategist, TikTok

Job Summary
Support the paid media strategy and execution for TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE initiatives, optimizing campaigns to drive revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition. Collaborate with creative, merchandising, live production, and marketing operations teams to plan and execute paid and organic content strategies, and manage content calendars. Develop targeting/segmentation strategies with a test-and-learn mindset; analyze KPI benchmarks and campaign performance to inform optimizations. Own creative briefing and ensure brand guidelines are met; identify opportunities to grow LIVE traffic and revenue, and work with vendors and agencies on planning and execution. Provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members and share best practices across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4+ years in digital/social/programmatic or relevant paid media marketing experience
