Job Summary
Paid Media Specialist responsible for executing and optimizing social/native ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain. You’ll monitor daily performance metrics, implement optimizations to creatives, bids, and placements, and collaborate with senior buyers to scale campaigns. You’ll support campaign builds, conduct competitor research, run performance audits, assist in creative testing (copy, image/video swaps), and ensure timely asset delivery and documentation. Key competencies include execution, attention to detail, collaboration across teams, analytical thinking, proactivity in communication, and coachability to grow into a more strategic buyer within the FinanceBuzz Make Money/Manage Money vertical. The role requires a 3+ year track record in media buying, comfort with occasional after-hours monitoring, and a data-driven approach to achieve performance-driven results across social and native campaigns across platforms like Meta and Taboola.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running social or native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain
- Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence and task management
- Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly in a remote work environment

- Passion for performance marketing and a desire to grow within the Make Money/Manage Money vertical of FinanceBuzz
