Job Summary
Senior Executive - Paid Media and Performance Marketing responsible for full funnel lead generation and growing social media presence for the Singapore team. Lead SEM, SMM, and SEO campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms; manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, targeting, optimization, and reporting; conduct keyword research and A/B testing to maximise ROI; budget allocation and cost-optimisation; collaborate with content, design, and operations teams. Develop social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness, create and schedule content, monitor trends and engagement, handle customer interactions, and plan online and offline events. Track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, and KPIs; generate actionable reports and insights; perform data-driven tests and present findings to management. Budget management responsibilities shared with the BM Lead, with a focus on ROI and efficiency. Remote role for the Singapore team, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, salary 4000-6000 MYR monthly.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience executing paid campaigns (SEM, SMM, SEO) and managing social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress/Elementor, and social media platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and KPIs
- Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners
