Job Summary
Senior paid media manager to lead and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, manage a team, collaborate with clients and internal departments, and contribute to new business efforts. Responsibilities include acting as a SME for paid media, developing and reporting on strategies, leading planning sessions, reviewing deliverables, guiding team members, working with vendors, and staying current with industry trends. Requirements include 3+ years in paid media, experience with budgets across search, social, display, retargeting, video, and programmatic platforms, analytics proficiency (GA, Adobe Analytics, GTM), strong communication and Excel skills, and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Location indicates San Francisco, CA with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in paid media
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR etc.
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management
