Job Summary
Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the Nebo team’s paid media efforts. You will act as a subject matter expert across paid media, develop, execute, manage and report on strategies for multiple clients, lead strategic planning sessions, review deliverables, assist in new business efforts and training initiatives, and stay ahead of industry trends. You’ll collaborate with vendors and agency partners, develop integrated digital marketing strategies with other departments, and provide guidance through one-on-one coaching. Must have 3+ years of paid media experience, experience managing large budgets across channels (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video), proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, programmatic platforms, bid management, strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in paid media
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management
