Job Summary
Senior Paid Media Manager to lead and execute paid media strategies across channels, act as a subject matter expert for paid media, manage budgets, and drive client goals. You’ll lead strategic planning sessions, review deliverables, mentor team members, assist in new business pitches, create internal resources and training, stay ahead of industry trends, conduct regular one-on-one coaching, collaborate with vendors and agency partners, and help develop integrated digital marketing strategies with other departments. The role involves hands-on campaign management, strategic thinking, and leadership to grow a team of driven individuals while delivering results for diverse clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years paid media experience
- experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- strong written and verbal communications skills
- excellent research and analytical skills
- strong Excel skills
- ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
