Job Summary
The Paid Media Manager will lead the strategy and execution of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, focusing on driving growth, efficiency, and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing a Senior Executive, optimizing campaigns, driving innovation, forecasting budgets and KPIs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance optimization. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, strong technical skills across key platforms, proven success in A/B testing, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a Performance Marketing role, working across large and complex accounts
- Hands-on technical experience across key platforms – including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok
- Deep understanding of the mechanics that drive paid marketing
- Demonstrated success using A/B testing and experimentation
- Methodical, logical and highly numerate
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive mindset, taking accountability for projects from ideation to implementation
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of analytics platforms – such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an omnichannel retail business is a plus
- Hands-on experience with feeds are a plus
