Job Summary
Paid Media Manager leading a cross-functional team to plan, execute, and optimize SEM and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and other channels. Responsible for developing integrated digital marketing strategies, mentoring a small team of buyers/strategists, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborates with global teams to align on media strategy and stays current with SEM and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads or/and Search Ads 360 including Shopping and YouTube
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager)
- Proven track record with SEM and paid social campaign execution, optimization, and strategy
- Agency experience is highly preferred
- Solid background in digital marketing across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic)
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
