Job Summary
Hands-on, performance-driven Manager, Paid Media (International) to own and grow Blueprint's paid acquisition across international markets outside the United States. Own paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across Meta, Google Search, TikTok and emerging regional platforms relevant to key markets (Asia, UK/Europe, Middle East). Hit weekly KPI output, leverage AI and automation, analyze performance data to optimize CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC. Develop and scale a high-velocity creative testing framework with the creative team, cover audiences, hooks, formats, and landing page experiences; maintain a feedback loop between data and creative direction. Use attribution tools to monitor performance, surface drivers, and optimize towards objectives. Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid spend across all international markets with clear spend visibility. Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth at efficient CAC across each market.
