Job Summary
Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy across multiple clients, act as a subject matter expert in paid media, manage a team, collaborate with the director of paid media, and drive campaigns across search, social, display, and retargeting. Responsibilities include developing and executing paid media strategies, leading planning sessions, reviewing deliverables, contributing to new business efforts, creating internal resources and training, staying ahead of industry trends, conducting one-on-one coaching, working with vendors and agency partners, and helping integrate digital marketing strategies with other teams. Required: 3+ years in paid media, cross-channel campaign experience, programmatic platforms familiarity, GA/Adobe Analytics and GTM experience, bid management knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in paid media
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management
