Job Summary
Paid Media Manager role responsible for scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with a structured experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, incrementality studies) and a performance-led creative strategy. You will monitor the full conversion funnel, manage budgets to optimize CAC and LTV, collaborate with design and creative teams, conduct A/B tests and Brand Lift/Geo-testing, present insights to senior leadership, and build relationships with platform partners to leverage new ad features. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, 3+ years in performance campaigns, expertise across Meta/Google/TikTok, proven multi-channel budget management, advanced targeting and attribution capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid remote work in Mexico (CDMX and national) is supported. Advanced English required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns
- Technical mastery of Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets across multiple channels
- Advanced targeting/optimization techniques and testing methodologies
- Experience with attribution models and incrementality tests
- Strong analytic and data translation to strategic insights
- English proficiency at an advanced level
- Hybrid work environment is offered or permitted
