Job Summary
Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategies across channels, manage a team, and work hands-on with campaign management. Responsibilities include acting as a Paid Media subject matter expert, developing and reporting on paid media strategies to support client goals, leading strategic planning sessions, reviewing deliverables, assisting in new business/sales pitches, creating internal resources and training, staying current with industry trends, conducting one-on-one coaching, working with vendors and agency partners, and collaborating with other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies. Requires 3+ years in paid media, experience across search, social, display, retargeting, programmatic, analytics platforms, and strong communication, analytical, and Excel skills. The role emphasizes leadership, strategy development, client-facing work, and team mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in paid media
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels including SEO, social, email, PR etc.
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management
