Job Summary
Senior Paid Media Manager to lead and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, mentor and manage the paid media team, collaborate with the director of paid media to guide client campaigns, review deliverables, assist in new business efforts, and stay current with industry trends. Responsibilities include acting as a Paid Media subject matter expert, developing, executing, and reporting on paid media strategies, leading strategic planning sessions and team meetings, providing feedback to team members, working with vendors and agency partners, helping develop integrated digital marketing strategies with other departments, and conducting regular one-on-one guidance and performance feedback. Essential skills include 3+ years in paid media, experience managing large budgets across channels (search, social, display, retargeting, video), strong written and verbal communication, analytical and Excel skills, knowledge of programmatic platforms, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Google Tag Manager, bid management and ad serving, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
