Job Summary

Senior Paid Media Manager responsible for strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, and display networks, driving growth with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI. Own full-funnel paid media strategies, testing programs (A/B, multivariate, incrementality), and leveraging AI tools (Performance Max, automated bidding, Advantage+) to optimize CPL and ROAS. Manage budget across channels, own conversion tracking and attribution infrastructure, analyze performance to inform budget allocation, and collaborate with creative teams and affiliate networks. Remote position in the United States with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization and staying ahead of platform updates.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and display/programmatic networks
  • Experience with AI and automation features within ad platforms (Performance Max, Smart Bidding, Advantage+, etc.)
  • Experience building and running testing programs (A/B, multivariate, incrementality)
  • Experience managing $400K+ monthly ad budgets and optimizing spend toward KPIs
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate campaign data into business outcomes
