Paid Media Implementation Specialist

Job Summary
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms while implementing updates, audience changes, and tracking requirements. Conduct routine account audits to identify performance gaps, implementation errors, and optimization opportunities, then proactively surface risks and recommendations to Senior Paid Media Strategists. Configure conversion tracking, pixels, and integrations to validate measurement accuracy and support onboarding for new client accounts. Maintain campaign hygiene, troubleshoot platform challenges, and contribute insights that strengthen overall account strategy and client retention.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid media experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Ads
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Experience supporting both Paid Search and Paid Social programs
- Ability to conduct account audits and identify performance, tracking, and implementation issues
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
Desired Qualifications
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of attribution modeling and performance reporting
- Experience supporting multi-channel growth strategies
- Experience implementing advanced tracking and measurement frameworks
