Paid Media Executive

Job Summary
Paid Media Executive responsible for owning the management and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid channels in the UK and US. Will execute and scale paid media strategies, manage day-to-day campaigns across UK/US markets, monitor performance with data-driven optimization, manage budgets for efficient spend, run structured experiments to improve performance, and provide actionable insights. Collaboration with Growth Manager and cross-functional teams (product, analytics, marketing) to optimize the acquisition funnel and influence landing page and messaging tests to improve conversion rates. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, keyword targeting, bidding, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and Google Analytics is required; 3-5+ years of experience preferred. Hybrid working arrangement with some office and remote work.
