Job Summary
Associate Paid Media Strategist role focused on building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with experience across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit. Responsibilities include researching target audiences to inform targeting strategies, delivering campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations, creating and presenting paid media plans with audience targeting strategies, ad products, budgets and timelines, staying current on platform trends, recommending best practices, identifying A/B testing opportunities, and supporting day-to-day account operations with budget tracking and billing accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of media buying experience and/or equivalent experience in advertising, paid media or digital marketing
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience presenting work in professional settings
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with account, creative, strategy and project management teams
- Curiosity and proactive approach to staying updated on platform updates and trends
