Job Summary
Paid Media Associate responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social) to meet client goals. Role includes translating client KPIs into strategic recommendations, conducting audience, keyword, placement, and platform research, launching campaigns, optimizing bidding and creative, managing budgets, and creating regular reports with performance insights. Will present strategy and results to clients, support other Paid Media team members, and contribute to exploring new account opportunities and platform features. Requires strong Excel skills, Google/Bing Ads and Google Analytics certifications, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in area of practice or related field
- Google Ads certified (including Fundamentals, Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile)
- Bing Ads certified
- Google Analytics certified
- Working knowledge of paid search and paid social concepts and platforms
- Strong written and communications skills
- Good copywriting and grammar skills
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
- Marketing background with an emphasis on digital and paid media/advertising
