Job Summary
Paid Media Account Manager responsible for client communication, campaign support, data analysis, performance tracking, and strategic optimization across Google Ads, Meta, and OTT/CTV. Leads backend processes, provides mentorship to Paid Media Account Coordinators, ensures accurate campaign builds and reporting, analyzes performance data to drive client value, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
- Experience with OTT/CTV platforms is a plus
- 5+ years of client-facing or customer service experience, with a strong focus on relationship management
- Demonstrated continuous learning mindset with a proactive approach to staying current on industry trends and platform updates
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
