Job Summary
Support the Client Facing Team with day-to-day operational activities, including handling simple tasks from internal teams, verifying client contact details, and contacting existing corporate clients for satisfaction follow-ups. Provide clients with basic survey information, encourage feedback, and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time. Cooperate with colleagues across Client Services and other internal teams to maintain a positive client experience. This internship offers hands-on experience in an international banking environment for university students with strong English communication skills, available for 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- University students
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (B2+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and willingness to communicate with clients over the phone
- Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Reliable, responsible and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Availability to work 2-3 days per week (20 hours)
