Job Summary
Lead paid growth across paid search, social, display, OOH, and developer-focused channels with hands-on ownership of multi-million dollar budgets. Build and maintain attribution and measurement frameworks connecting spend to pipeline, drive structured paid experimentation, and align programs with Sales, Product, and Finance. Collaborate on roadmap and ensure integration with product launches and ICP targeting. Bring a strong growth mindset, data-driven insights, and proficiency with AI tools to accelerate marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience, including direct ownership of multi-million dollar annual budgets
- Experience driving measurable, efficient growth for a B2B SaaS or developer-facing product(s)
- Analytical fluency with ability to pull data and share insights
- Experience building and running structured experimentation programs within cross-functional teams
- Active use of AI tools to accelerate work and treat AI as core to marketing operations
