Job Summary
Paid Fall Music Group Publishing Intern role supporting the records team with catalog management, metadata and creative operations. Responsibilities include tracking ISWCs and auditing publishing records, adding split information for exploited songs in DISCO, tagging and organizing the full catalog in DISCO, uploading audio to the Master Publishing Rights sheet, supporting writer catalog cleanup and spotlight creation, creating writer spotlights for socials/marketing/sync, updating the Publishing Spotify playlist, assisting with publishing social channels, bios and website content, and contributing to website upgrades. Requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and a passion for music publishing/A&R. On-site in Calabasas, CA; typical commitment 16-29 hours/week; paid internship.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Must be able to work out of Calabasas, CA office
- Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week
