Job Summary

Paid Creative Strategist to own the direction of creative development for investor acquisition campaigns. This strategy-first role focuses on creative strategy, messaging, and performance optimization for paid social and investor acquisition campaigns. You will collaborate with media buyers, agency partners, designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality ad creatives, develop briefs and scripts, utilize AI-powered tools when appropriate, and translate performance data into actionable creative optimizations. The role emphasizes understanding investor psychology, messaging angles, and testing roadmaps, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics within fintech/financial services and capital-raising contexts. Fluent English required; 3+ years in related fields; experience with Meta/Instagram/Facebook or similar channels; strong copywriting and project management skills. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with investment opportunities, fintech, and accredited investor audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social advertising, or a related role
  • Proven experience developing high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or other paid acquisition channels
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles and creative testing methodologies
  • Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to write compelling hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy
  • Experience creating creative briefs and managing production workflows with designers, editors, or agencies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make creative decisions based on performance metrics
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology, audience research, and conversion-focused marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent English is required. You'll work directly with U.S.-based teams and partners
