Job Summary
Create and produce social-first content for TikTok and Instagram by shooting, editing, publishing, and testing formats that keep Estrid culturally relevant across platforms. Responsibilities include shooting TikTok and Instagram Reels, editing with CapCut or similar tools, publishing content, capturing BTS material during shoots and events, developing content concepts, spotting trends and viral moments, sourcing creator references, supporting production days and campaign shoots, organizing content in Google Drive, and tracking basic performance to identify top-performing content.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, trends, and internet culture
- Loves creating content and spending time on social media
- Comfortable filming and editing content on phone
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and video storytelling
- Fast editor with good instincts for pacing/hooks
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable testing ideas quickly
- Positive attitude and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once
- Proficiency with Google Drive & Google Sheets
- Bonus: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
- Swedish & English
