Paid CNA Training Program – Nursing Assistant Trainee

Gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment while learning the fundamentals of resident care alongside experienced nursing staff. Complete a full-time training schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with flexibility required. Earn $15.50/hour during the training period. Upon meeting program requirements, obtain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and become eligible for full-time employment with benefits at a starting pay of $19.50/hour. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and demonstrate reliable attendance and a willingness to learn in a team-focused environment.
