Job Summary
Paid CNA Training program leading to CNA certification, with employment at Cooperstown Center after certification. Roles include observing residents, reporting health issues, assisting with personal care and hygiene, setting up meals, feeding residents, making beds, transporting residents within the facility, turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates are paid during the course; after certification, CNA rates are $18.00–$19.00 per hour. Location is Cooperstown Center, Cooperstown, NY. Hiring requirements include successful completion of the sponsored CNA program, age 18+, good standing with the State Registry, and possession of a diploma or GED.
