Paid Ads Specialist

Job Summary
Paid Ads Specialist at Pavago leads, executes, and optimizes end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROAS improvement. You will manage campaigns across search, social, display, and remarketing; develop strategies, conduct audience and keyword research, forecast budgets, create and test ad creatives and landing pages, monitor metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS), run structured A/B tests, and drive optimization. You'll collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align with brand messaging and growth objectives, stay current with platform changes, and generate actionable reports. This role emphasizes hands-on ownership, data-driven decision making, and remote work during U.S. business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Performance marketing campaigns experience
- Strong PPC and paid social experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Familiarity with YouTube Ads (preferred)
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads (preferred)
- Experience with audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor research
- Experience building and testing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Experience with attribution models and conversion tracking
- Experience with campaign scaling and automation features
