Job Summary
Contract Paid Ads Expert to manage ScrollToll’s app install campaigns from a remote location. You’ll set up and manage App Promotion campaigns across Meta Ads and other platforms, track installs and attribution, run structured audience and creative tests, scale winning campaigns, and decide when to kill or continue campaigns. Candidates should have proven experience in app install campaigns, strong Meta Ads expertise, knowledge of attribution and optimization goals (clicks, installs, purchases), and the ability to maximize results on a lean budget through rigorous testing. Nice-to-have skills include TikTok Ads, Google App Campaigns, AppsFlyer/Adjust familiarity, and experience scaling apps from low install volumes. Work environment is remote-first with flexible hours and close collaboration with product/growth teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience running app install campaigns
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads, including App Promotion campaign setup and optimization
- Understanding of optimizing for clicks, installs, and purchases
- Comfortable with attribution tracking and diagnosing data discrepancies
- Ability to stretch a limited budget into measurable results through structured testing
