Job Summary
Conduct intake for staff conflict cases and assess referrals for Pro Bono or Judicare attorney placement. Coordinate administrative functions for PAI clinics and Self-Help Centers, including scheduling, staffing logistics, and open clinic spot management. Provide referrals or resources for cases unable to be placed and track relevant metrics. Support volunteer attorney recruitment, engagement, and retention while updating program documentation and monitoring communication channels. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and special projects as assigned. This role ensures eligible clients connect with civil legal services and clinics operate smoothly across Justice North's service area.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to serving low-income, immigrant, and vulnerable populations
- Paralegal certification or significant work experience equivalent to certification
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience coordinating volunteers, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Experience working with diverse populations and underserved communities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track data accurately
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within Justice North's service area
