Job Summary
Licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, MFT-I, CPC-I) with Nevada licensure to join a Skilled Nursing Facility therapy team in the Pahrump, NV area. Roles include diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and documentation in-person at SNFs and remotely via company telehealth software using Athena I EMR. Flexible scheduling as either W2 employee or Independent Contractor; part-time (2-3 days/week) with opportunities for both onsite and remote work. Requires Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent, Nevada licensure, NPI, professional liability insurance, and credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare preferred. Spanish language skills a plus. Benefits include billable unit compensation, hands-on training, PTO/paid holidays, and full benefits for full-time staff; compensation depends on pay model, experience, and licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Nevada licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, MFT-I, LCPC or CPC-I
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Part-time role with 2-3 days per week
