Job Summary
Page Wide Press Repair & Maintenance Technician responsible for proactively planning emergency repairs of critical assets, auditing and closing work orders with accurate labor and parts data, leading preventative maintenance audits, operating and maintaining facility systems, troubleshooting non-operational equipment, coordinating cross-departmental work, and mentoring lower-level staff. Requires extensive hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ability to develop proactive maintenance plans, strong documentation skills, and collaboration with test or manufacturing engineers to implement improvements. 8+ years of related experience and a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent are preferred; compensation ranges from $29-$43 per hour, with comprehensive health and parental leave benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or commensurate work experience
- Typically 8+ years of related work experience in equipment diagnosis, technical repair, blueprint reading, or a related field
- Knowledge of automotive services, batteries, brakes, electrical systems, hydraulics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), machinery maintenance, HVAC, and preventive maintenance
