Job Summary
Physician, Internal Medicine in the San Mateo Bay Area with team-based care alongside NPs and PAs. Virtual in-basket support, mentorship, and robust onboarding. Flexible scheduling (4 days/wk for full-time, part-time options available) with remote video visits from home. Light physician on-call with initial screening by RN/NP/PA, opportunities for leadership and quality-improvement involvement, and PSPLF-eligible. Generous compensation including starting salary, forgivable loan, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, guaranteed salary for two years with incentive production, comprehensive benefits, retirement and 401K options, and shareholder eligibility after two years.
