Physician in Internal Medicine with a team-based care approach supporting NPs and PAs, virtual in-basket and remote video visits from home, collaboration with specialists, robust onboarding and mentorship, flexible scheduling (4 days a week for full-time, part-time options available), light physician call screened by RN/NP/PA, and opportunities in leadership and quality-improvement projects. The role offers a generous compensation package starting at $280,000–$335,000, forgivable loan, signing bonus, relocation allowance, PSLF eligibility, comprehensive benefits, shareholder eligibility after two years, and a large, multi-specialty group in the San Francisco Bay Area.
