Physician in Internal Medicine with a collaborative, team-based care model (NPs, PAs) offering virtual in-basket support, flexible 4-day schedules with full-time/part-time options, remote video visits from home, light call managed by RN/NP/PA, leadership and quality-improvement opportunities, robust onboarding and mentorship, relocation allowances, forgivable loan, signing bonuses, PSLF eligibility, and a strong benefits package. The role includes inpatient/outpatient coordination across multiple specialists within a large Palo Alto Medical Group affiliate in the San Francisco Bay Area; positions available in Fremont, CA and Augusta, GA with in-person arrangements.
