Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family medicine care within a team-based model, collaborating with NPs and PAs to manage paneled patient needs. Deliver virtual in-basket support and perform remote video visits from home. Manage light physician call duties, which are screened through RNs, NPs, and PAs initially. Engage in abundant leadership and committee work to drive quality improvement projects. Maintain collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization while participating in a robust onboarding and mentorship program.
Required Qualifications
